College Mews - Newbury

College Mews is high quality estate located in central Newbury comprising a mix of leasehold apartments and freehold houses. Chaneys were appointed managing agents in 2017 by a Right To Manage Company set up by a majority of the leaseholders in 2014. The RTM company controls the management of 11 of the apartment blocks on site, totalling 79 leasehold interests. Chaneys also manage the wider estate but as part of a separate instruction from the freeholder’s agents. This instruction covers the remaining 21 leasehold properties and the 46 freehold houses, as well as the playground and other communal areas.
