Shinfield Meadows - Reading

Shinfield Meadows is a residential development consisting of 1,200 apartments and houses and a considerable area of open space and SANG (Sustainable Alternative Natural Greenspace) in Reading.

Trinity are working with the consortium of developers and the landowner to facilitate the handover of this 10 year project in a manageable and phased manor. Our experience of managing large estates ensures the service charge contributions for the residents and developer are kept within the budgeted figures, whilst our Service Charge team are able to assist by collecting SANG maintenance contributions for the Landowner.

Our New Business team meet regularly with the Consortium, Land Owners, Project Managers and Architects while our Handover and Operations Teams and supporting the Residents and developer Sales Teams.
