Trinity has gained considerable experience over the last 23 years managing a vast array of assets, ranging from swimming pools to vehicle lifts, but all share compliance and maintenance requirements.
Trinity recognises the importance of maintaining onsite assets efficiently and effectively, and employs Facilities, Compliance and Audit Managers to ensure facilities can be utilised by our resident clients.
Choosing the correct maintenance contracts to provide appropriate service levels is essential. A well-maintained asset is likely to have an extended lifespan. This is something we consider carefully when preparing an initial management proposal to make sure Service Charges are as accurate as possible from the first day of management.
Over the coming months, we will be providing details on how Trinity manage onsite facilities to ensure compliance, contract procurement management, longevity/planned maintenance and how we are prepared for the Golden Thread and Building Safety Bill.
